Shipping policy

Most of our products are made to order. Please read product descriptions carefully, as processing times vary depending on size and design. 

- Handling / Production Lead Time: 2-8 weeks (depending on the product).
- Transit Time: 3-5 business days via Express Air Delivery (door-to-door).

Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number to follow your delivery.

Customs, Import Taxes & VAT
- Buyer’s Responsibility: Orders ship from our production atelier in Turkey. International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, or VAT that may apply upon arrival in the destination country according to local regulations.
- Customs Delays: Mistral Mosaics is not responsible for delivery delays caused by local customs clearance procedures.

Unpaid Customs Fees & Refused Deliveries
If a shipment is returned to us because the recipient refused to pay required import taxes, customs clearance fees, or abandoned the package at customs:
- Original shipping costs and any return shipping/customs fees incurred by Mistral Mosaics will be deducted from the total refund amount once the package is returned safely to our studio.
