We Are Shipping Worldwide
Most of our products are made to order so, please, check and read product descriptions and policies carefully because there are wait times changes from size to size and product to product. Our general lead time is around 2-8 weeks after order confimtaition and around 3-5 business days with air express shipping to worldwide..
We are shipping worldwide with air express delivery with door-to-door basis.
We will provide tracking informations when shipping held on.
Customs, Import Taxes and VAT
- Buyer’s Responsibility:
Buyers are fully responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, or VAT (Value Added Tax) that may apply upon the shipment's arrival in the destination country.
- Customs Delays:
Mistral Mosaics is not responsible for any delivery delays caused by local customs clearance procedures.
- Unpaid Customs Fees by Customer & Rejected Shipments by Receiver's Country Customs

In such cases, we will absolutely not accept returns, nor will we issue any refunds for orders rejected or abandoned at customs by the customer.
